Orders and Products
Are the figures original?
Yes. RESINŌ LAB works exclusively with authorized files and licenses. The copyright of each character or design belongs to their respective creators. We believe in and respect the work of all artists involved.
What will I receive when I place an order?
You will receive a high-quality resin printed figure, produced in 16K resolution using Uniformation resin, allowing for an excellent level of detail and definition.
Product images serve as a reference for the expected result.
Additionally, for certain models, we offer the option to purchase a completely hand-painted version. Please refer to the "Painting Information" section for more details about this service.
Do the printed figures arrive ready to be assembled or painted?
Yes. All our prints go through a cleaning and preparation process before being shipped.
We carefully remove print supports and perform initial sanding to improve the quality of the parts. However, depending on the model, the customer may wish to perform additional sanding or minor adjustments before assembly or painting.
All parts are delivered fully UV-cured, making them safe to handle upon receipt.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in our RESINŌ LAB Studio. We carefully select materials and artists to ensure the highest quality in our figures.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.

Do you offer painting services?
Yes. When selecting the model in RESINŌ LAB you can choose between Printed or Painted.
Can I request a custom color scheme?
Yes. We can work with references, illustrations, or photographs to achieve the desired finish.
Do you offer custom work or personalized projects?
Yes. At RESINŌ LAB, we offer various customized services to help you turn your ideas into unique pieces.

3D Printing of Existing Models
If you already have an STL file ready for printing, we can manufacture it using our high-definition resin printing processes.

We also offer custom painting services for figures printed by us or provided by the client.

Custom Digital Sculpting
If you have an original idea or your own character, we can connect you with artists specialized in 3D modeling to develop a completely new digital sculpture based on your references and specifications.
We will act as a liaison throughout the process to ensure the result meets your expectations.
Once the modeling is complete, we can offer preferential conditions for printing your project.
Considerations for Custom 3D Sculpting
Developing a digital sculpture from scratch is a highly specialized job that requires time, experience, and multiple review stages.
Depending on the complexity of the project, the process can take several weeks or even more than a month.
For this reason, custom modeling costs can vary considerably and represent a significant investment. Each project is evaluated individually to provide a quote commensurate with the level of detail and work required.
Our goal is to maintain clear and transparent communication so that you know the scope, timelines, and costs of your project from the outset.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship throughout Mexico?
Yes. We ship throughout Mexico; delivery times vary depending on product complexity or workload.
Do you ship internationally?
Depending on the destination, we may be able to offer international shipping. Please contact us for a quote.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the product and destination. The estimated time will be indicated during the purchase process.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt and send us photos of the package and product to review the case. Check our Shipping policies.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once sent, you will receive a tracking number via email or your selected method.
Workshops and Community
Do you offer painting workshops?
Yes. We organize workshops focused on painting miniatures, collectible figures.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We have workshops for both beginners and advanced users.
Are materials included?
It will depend on each workshop. Specific information will be provided in the event description.

Warranties and Support
Can I cancel an order?
Once production has started, you can check the status of your order in your account to see if you can still cancel it.
Order Status: Pending
You can cancel your order via email or DM. In most cases, a full refund will be issued; however, a 10% fee may be deducted to cover payment processing fees.
Order Status: Printing
Your order has entered production. You can still cancel it, but a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply.
Order Status: Painting
Your order has entered painting production. You can still cancel it, but a 70% restocking fee of the purchase price will apply.
Order Status: Shipped
Your order can no longer be canceled, it has been shipped.
Can I return a 3D printed or painted figure?
Once the purchase is complete, items are not eligible for return, except for manufacturing defects.
What do I do if a part is missing?
Contact us and we will review your case to find a solution.
Are the product images exactly the same as the final result?
Images are for reference only. They are renders or photographs of other artists' work. Slight variations in color, finish, or assembly may occur due to the artisanal nature of the process.
